I created a ticket, when can I expect an answer?

Most, if not all tickets, are answered within 1-2 days of when we receive them. However, depending on our workload, we may not be able to get back to you immediately. But remember, we try to answer every request as fast as we can.

If this is an Urgent request, please mark the ticket as Urgent. If this ticket is submitted during normal business hours we will respond the same day. If submitted after business hours we will respond first thing in the morning.
